Tahitian Princess to Be Renamed Ocean Princess

Princess Cruises has announced that Tahitian Princess will be renamed Ocean Princess in November 2009 to reflect her new global itineraries. Dawn Princess to Become Princess’ Second Ship Year-Round in Australia

Two Princess World Cruises in 2009

Princess Cruises has announced that it will offer two world cruises in 2009, up from one in 2008 and none in 2007.
Tahitian Princess will depart Ft. Lauderdale for Dover on 14 January, and Royal Princess from Ft. Lauderdale for Civitavecchia on 20 January. Both cruises will have similar 107-day itineraries.
