Star Cruises will return to Australia for the first time in several years with a program of cruises this upcoming Austral Summer aboard SuperStar Gemini.
From 18 November 2007 to 17 February 2008 the ship will operate a wide variety of itineraries from 7 to 26 nights from ports including Sydney, Brisbane and Fremantle.
These sailings will be open for booking on 21 May. See here for a full press release from Star Cruises.
Built in 1992 as Crown Jewel for then-Effjohn subsidiary Crown Cruise Line, the ship has been operated by Star Cruises since 1994. Her Singapore-based itineraries have been especially popular with Australian passengers, so many will no doubt welcome the opportunity to experience her a bit closer to home.
